Q4 2020 US Performance of Top Boxing Games on Unified Platforms

As the year 2020 ended, Sensor Tower's data provides us with a glimpse into the performance of top boxing games on unified platforms in the United States during the fourth quarter.

Boxing Star by FourThirtyThree Inc. maintained a steady presence with its revenue peaking at nearly $115K in late October and then gradually declining to $80K by the end of December. The game's downloads saw a peak of over 32K in mid-October, but experienced a slight dip towards the end of the quarter, settling around 20K. Weekly active users started at 106K and saw a decrease over the quarter, ending at roughly 78K.

Another popular title, Topps® WWE SLAM: Card Trader from The Topps Company, Inc., showed a significant revenue spike in the third week of December at over $36K, while downloads remained relatively low compared to other titles, ranging from a few hundreds each week. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained under 3K for most of the quarter.

Vivid Games S.A.'s Real Boxing 2 saw its highest revenue in early November at nearly $20K, with a sharp drop mid-December to around $12K. Downloads were strong, with a notable peak of nearly 48K in early November. Active users reached a high of over 71K in the same period but fell to just over 41K by the end of December.

WWE Mayhem from Reliance Games had its revenue fluctuating throughout the quarter, with an end-of-year rise to over $22K. Downloads remained fairly consistent with approximately 11K at the start and end of the quarter. Weekly active users showed a slight decline overall, starting at 48K and ending at 42K.

Lastly, EA SPORTS™ UFC® by Electronic Arts displayed a revenue increase in late December, reaching over $7K, while its downloads saw a significant rise before Christmas with over 19K. The active user base grew from 37K to over 42K in the final weeks of December.
